Secondary vocational education is an important part of Vocational and technical education in China,Cultivate high-quality workers and skilled talents who meet the requirements of China's socialist modernization drive,develop in an all-round way morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically,have comprehensive professional ability and work in the production and service line.This definition clearly puts forward the requirement that secondary vocational school students should have "professional ability".professional ability plays an important role in the process of secondary vocational school students' employment and post employment transfer and reemployment.It is an important research topic for educators in secondary vocational schools to cultivate the professional ability of secondary vocational students and make them become high-quality technical talents after graduation.The professional ability in this paper refers to a kind of comprehensive ability that an individual must possess in the successful completion of a certain professional activity,This kind of comprehensive ability is not a simple addition of several abilities,but an organic transfer of knowledge and the mutual penetration and influence of various abilities.Taking the Mechatronics Specialty of secondary vocational school as an example,this paper expounds the training objectives and professional ability requirements of secondary vocational schools,analyzes the current situation and problems of professional ability training based on the actual investigation and focuses on the Countermeasures of professional ability training.This paper takes the professional ability training of secondary vocational education as the research main line,and the specific research contents are as follows:In the introduction part,the background of the research and the significance of the research are introduced,and the contents,objectives and methods of the research are also introduced,the core concept is defined,and the research ideas and methods of the paper are analyzed.The first chapter introduces the training objectives of secondary vocational school and related requirements of professional ability.This part mainly defines the training objectives of secondary vocational talents,expounds the relationship between the training objectives and professional ability,and analyzes the training requirements of professional ability.The second chapter is the current situation and existing problems of Secondary vocational school students' professional ability training.This chapter takes the way of questionnaire to investigate the actual situation of vocational ability training of students majoring in Mechatronics in secondary vocational schools,points out the defects and deficiencies,and provides an important basis for the formulation of response strategies later.The third chapter puts forward the corresponding measures and implementation plan of professional ability training in secondary vocational schools.This part is the core part of the paper,detailed discussion of secondary vocational school students' professional ability training countermeasures.Finally,the paper summarizes and reflects on the research results of the paper,and objectively points out the shortcomings in the research,and looks forward to the direction of future research work.
