With the rapid development of my country's economy,the national infrastructure has been continuously improved,and the mileage of highway tunnels has increased year by year.Road tunnel construction due to its complex construction technology,harsh construction conditions,special operating environment and other unfavorable factors,makes road tunnel construction highly dangerous.In recent years,road tunnel construction accidents have occurred frequently,all related to the safety issues of highrisk operations.For example: In 2012,the Yanling tunnel explosion in Hunan caused 20 deaths;in 2019,the construction site of the Longquanshan tunnel of the Chengdu Airport Expressway caused the hoist turntable to burst during the maintenance of the equipment,causing 1 death.Therefore,the safety of high-risk operations in highway tunnel construction is of great importance and has great significance.Based on the construction process and operation instructions,this paper counts various types of operations in highway tunnel construction,combined with the characteristics of highway tunnel construction,uses the LEC method to identify highrisk operations in highway tunnel construction;followed by statistical analysis of the causes of highway tunnel construction accidents On the basis of the construction characteristics,laws and regulations,and regulations,a four-level index of organizational management,on-site construction personnel,materials and equipment,and operating environment and 16 second-level indexes of road tunnel construction high-risk operations safety evaluation index system were established;and then passed Comparing and analyzing safety evaluation methods such as data envelopment method,analytic hierarchy process,grey theory,cloud model,etc.,a safety evaluation model for high-risk operations of highway tunnel construction based on cloud model is constructed,and a combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used The weighting method weights the index system,calculates the standard cloud,index cloud,and comprehensive evaluation cloud,and determines the safety level.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for improving the safety of high-risk operations in highway tunnel construction.Three typical high-risk operations,such as the excavation and blasting operation of the tunnel in a highway tunnel construction project in Hubei,the construction of the steel frame of the guide pit in the cave,and the temporary electrical operation of the equipment in the cave,were used as empirical examples to apply the safety evaluation model to verify The feasibility of the safety evaluation model indicates that the three high-risk operations of the three highway tunnels are safe and consistent with the actual situation.This study provides a scientific method for the safety assessment of high-risk operations of highway tunnel construction in the future.
