Research On Calculation Method And Optimization Of High-speed Rail Catering Service Capacity

With the construction of smart railway,railway companies are shifting more and more offline services to online jobs,realizing personalized customized service demand of passengers.Relying on the advantages of railway sites and huge platform flow to achieve efficiency and revenue generation with high-quality service content,the high-speed rail catering service,as one of the important indicators for assessing passenger satisfaction,follows the trend of the Internet era,builds a high-speed railway online ordering platform,transforms the traditional offline sales to online ordering and offline delivery mode,and opens the market Introduce offline catering companies to provide high speed rail takeout.Theoretically,online ordering service is the processing of "information flow",and no capacity limitation exists in the information platform.The realization of high-speed rail online catering service relies more on "offline" completion,and offline distribution capacity is constrained by physical space resources.In this sense,the service capacity must take into account due to the unlimited service volume of "online" ordering and the limited offline physical space.This newer service capacity theory appears more in the manufacturing industry,but its application in the service industry is rare.Based on this background,this paper extends the service capacity theory to the high-speed rail passenger service field for the first time in order to make new theoretical progress in service design and operation practice.The thesis defines the relevant theories of high-speed rail passenger service capacity,proposes the influencing factors and calculation methods of service capacity,and takes this as the basis for the special research on the high-speed rail online catering service capacity.Tianjin station,for instance,calculates and optimizes the model,systematically studies the status of the online catering service capacity of Tianjin Station and the capacity optimization plan.Based on satisfying the requirements of “quality” and “quantity” of service capacity,the goal that is a win-win effect of passenger satisfaction and the improvement of business operation efficiency will be realized.First of all,this paper researched the theory of high-speed rail catering service capacity,defined what the high-speed rail passenger service capacity is,what is affected,and how to calculate the problem,analyzes all kinds of high-speed rail catering services respectively,establishes the keynote of the whole paper with the research of high-speed rail online catering service capacity as the core,and clarifies its service process and spatial resource capacity.Secondly,the fixed service capacity of high-speed rail online catering is calculated from the three main influencing factors of facilities and equipment,service organization and personnel;then,the optimization model of high-speed rail online catering service capacity is constructed,with the goal of maximizing service profit to determine the optimal catering capacity,taking into account the "quality" and "quantity" connotation of service capacity.Finally,taking Tianjin station as an example,this paper discusses the calculation and optimization of the online catering service capacity of the station.This paper studies the current situation and demand of meals in Tianjin station by using the method of questionnaire survey and network comment analysis,and demonstrates the key links of limiting service capacity by using the simulation of Any Logic,so as to build the optimization model of online catering service capacity in Tianjin station.A three-level monitoring and early warning mechanism for service capacity is proposed,and feasible optimization measures are proposed for service amount when the service capacity red line is exceeded.This paper consists of 47 figures,28 tables and 39 references.
