As one of the main directions of space application,remote sensing satellite plays a more and more important role in the development of national economy and society,which is applied to many industries.In recent years,with the continuous development of remote sensing satellites,it has become a key task to accurately evaluate the ability of on orbit remote sensing satellites to undertake tasks.However,most of the existing methods of system effectiveness evaluation for remote sensing satellites use the classical system effectiveness evaluation methods.So,it needs new theories and methods that can effectively improve the rationality and accuracy of effectiveness evaluation.In this paper,remote sensing satellite is taken as the object of effectiveness evaluation,and the effectiveness evaluation method of remote sensing satellite is studied.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the general index system of remote sensing satellite effectiveness evaluation is obtained through the analysis of different users for different tasks,combined with the principle of index system construction.In STK,remote sensing satellite mission scene simulation is carried out to get simulation data.In term of the different dimension,order of magnitude and expectation value,the index value need to be preprocessed.Secondly,the principal component analysis method,such as PCA and TOPSIS are combined to complete the basic effectiveness evaluation for remote sensing satellite.According to the PCA,the index data is processed to reduce the dimension.By using the TOPSIS,the effectiveness evaluation is completed.Then,in terms of the difference degree and importance degree of index value data,entropy method is used to obtain the weight for the difference degree of index value data,and BP artificial neural network is used to obtain the weight for the importance degree of index value.According to the combination weighting method,the final weight can be calculated,which is used for final effectiveness evaluation for remote sensing satellite.Finally,according to the simulation of different task types of remote sensing satellite,simulation data can be acquired to verify the method of remote sensing satellite effectiveness evaluation.In addition,the software of remote sensing satellite effectiveness evaluation can be built.
