Research On Traffic Data Detection Method Based On Wi-Fi Wireless Communication Technology

The traffic detector system is an important means to obtain traffic parameters.These parameters are the main basis for the monitoring center to analyze,judge,issue information and propose control schemes.It can be said that the stability and management efficiency of the overall operation of the traffic control system largely depends on the level of traffic detectors and detection technology.This paper proposes and designs a wireless data detection device sensor that utilizes the Wi-Fi physical address to improve the traffic data detection system.The main modules include: CPU data processing module,power management module,clock management module,Wi-Fi module,Bluetooth module,GPS module,GPRS module,USB interface,data storage module,etc.,which can realize MAC address collection and clock time reading,data storage and data transfer functions.The working principle of the detector is to obtain the MAC address information of the smartphone device of the vehicle occupant,perform data processing and obtain traffic parameters such as travel time and travel speed of the corresponding road section.The hardware of the detection system mainly includes: each detection terminal disposed in the detection area,a laptop computer that the operator uses the software to perform the detector setting,and a server that remotely analyzes the detected data.Through the actual test,the MAC address of the smartphone user was carried out in a certain period of time,and the signal acquisition and analysis of the detector was completed.The feasibility of the traffic detector system based on WiFi wireless communication technology was verified.Based on the analysis and research of existing traffic calibration technology,this paper summarizes the characteristics and application value of existing traffic data detectors.Through the research of short-range wireless communication technology,the application field of Wi-Fi technology is expanded.The source of the traffic data and the means of detection are enriched.
