The structural materials used in accelerator driven systems will suffer strong irra-diation damage caused by high-energy neutrons.Analyses on the irradiation damage of key materials are essential to the design and parameter selection for the design of ad-vanced nuclear facilities. In this work, neutron irradiation damages have been analyzed systematically for CiADS,in which two stainless steels?316L,15-15Ti?and two new materials?ZTA ceramics,SIMP steel?would be considered as for candidate materials.Based on nuclear cross-section processing software,NJOY2016,the displacement cross-sections were produced for the four types of candidate materials.Using Monte Carlo software,MCNPx,CiADS target-reactor model was established, neutron spec-tra were calculated and analyzed.According to the calculated neutron spectra and the displacement cross-sections,radiation damages for the cadidate structural materials in CiADS were calculated and compared in the case of 30,42 and 72 boxes of fuel assem-blies,respectively.Provided some technical support for the project design of CiADS.The results show that the distributions of irradiation damages for the key structure components are consistent with the change of the neutron flux. The maximum damage in the axial direction is located in the beam target reaction area, and the maximum damage in the radial direction is occurred in the target tube center; The Rdpaof SIMP stainless steel is about 10 percent lower than 316L when used as the same component, and the radiation damages suffered by 316L and 15-15Ti stainless steels are similar; The structural components mostly exposed to neutron irradiation damage is the central tube, where Rdpafor the three phases are 0.343 dpa/a,0.416 dpa/a,2.397 dpa/a,respectively.For 15-15Ti used as fuel cladding,Rdpavalue are 1.25 dpa/a,1.75 dpa/a and 15.1 dpa/a,respectively.
