Bridge engineering is a very important infrastructure in urban economic development of our country,in which bridge pile foundation is an extremely important part of bridge engineering construction,is the difficulty of bridge engineering construction,and is also the focus of attention of all parties involved in the construction.In this paper,the accident of two cast-in-place piles in a bridge project is taken as the main research object.Through the analysis method of the combination of theory and practical engineering,the judgment,causes and treatment measures of the accident are mainly studied.In this paper,the author first discusses the frequent and adverse effects of the broken pile accidents of the cast-in-place pile of the bridge,and then obtains the necessity of its research;then,combined with the characteristics of the bridge engineering geological conditions,pile diameter,surrounding environment,etc.,the author compares and selects several commonly used detection methods of the integrity of the pile body of the cast-in-place pile,and studies the applicability and accuracy of various detection methods in the determination of the broken pile accidents of the bridge engineering Secondly,in the actual construction process of the cast-in-place pile,the causal analysis method is used to analyze the causes of the pile breaking accident,so as to provide a reference for the pile breaking treatment and the subsequent quality control of pile foundation construction;then,combined with the requirements of the construction period of the bridge project,site conditions,fault range and other factors,the common methods of pile breaking treatment are analyzed and compared,and the final high-pressure grouting method is selected The whole treatment process and precautions are described in detail.Finally,through analyzing the treatment effect of high-pressure grouting method,the impact on the construction period,economy,social benefits,etc.,the treatment effect of the method on the broken pile of the bridge project is evaluated.The conclusions are as follows:1.The low strain method and the acoustic transmission method can effectively detect the integrity of the cast-in-place pile in the bridge project,but both of them have the situation ofmisjudgment,and the misjudgment rate of the low strain method is higher,which needs to be verified in combination with the drilling core pulling method.2.The main causes of pile breaking accidents in this bridge project are too fast pipe pulling and insufficient concrete supply.3.The high-pressure grouting method is used to treat the broken pile in the bridge project,and the larger the pile diameter and the deeper the fault location,the higher the cost performance of the method.4.The quality accident of broken pile in the bridge project takes time and effort to deal with,which affects the construction period,produces unnecessary expenditure,and also causes adverse social impact.Therefore,all parties involved in the construction should do their best to prevent such accidents.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some reference for the engineering construction personnel when they encounter similar pile breaking accidents in the bridge engineering construction.
