Design And Research Of Midea Central Air Conditioner CMF

Based on central air conditioning CMF research project of Meidi Central Air Conditioning Industry Design Centre,this paper puts forward the development and design plan of the product according to the design law of the central air conditioner.It researches the product's brand needs to satisfy the users' visual and tactile experience.Also,this paper builds and designs the CMF design process of central air conditioner,and discussions on improving production efficiency and reducing costs,and explores the method to reduce the error rate of blind development in product design.Moreover,this paper makes in-depth research on the evaluation system of central air conditioner CMF design.On the research process of central air conditioner,this paper firstly elaborates on the main content of the CMF(colour/ material/ surface process)design,and analysis the current domestic and international situation of the CMF design.It also explains the technical operation of this design.It introduces the influence factors of evaluating CMF design,which builds a foundation for this paper to study on the central air conditioner CMF design.Product's CMF design has now become a theory that must be followed in product development of the home appliance industry.Because it associates with various factors such as the individuation,diversification and serialisation of product design and meeting the diverse demands of users,it makes a difference in the central air conditioner CMF design study.It guides the design and development of products,which helps to understand the content of the research essay and home appliance product designs to draw on the research results of the paper effectively.Based on CMF design research,this paper conducts extensive research on the current CMF design status of the product according to the development demand of Meidi multi-connected central air conditioner project what's more,based on the statistics which are evaluated and concluded from research,this paper analysis and combing the influence factors of central air conditioner CMF design.It studies the relationship between influence factors and CMF design from the aspects of CMF design positioning,design process building and project establishment,and proposes how to innovate.At the end of this paper,there are the expositions on the feasibility and operability of Meidi multi-connected central air conditioner.To establish the CMF design system,promote the products' market competitiveness and break the homogenisation of the appearance of such products,this paper makes a study on the rule of Meidi multi-connected central air conditioner's new CMF design.It explores how to innovate the CMF design of central air conditioner.This paper is basing on theoretical research on the Meidi multi-connected central air conditioner project development.However,this research result provides home appliance designers and other CMF designs with academic reference and example.
