With the rapid development of domestic and foreign economies,modern society needs to improve the safety and reliability of power supply.Transformer is one of the key equipments of power long-distance transmission network system.Its safety and reliability directly affect the safe and stable operation of the entire power system.In order to discover and quickly deal with possible faults of transformers and prevent economic losses and hidden dangers caused by transformer faults,it is of great significance to develop a transformer condition monitoring system to monitor transformer operating data and find faults in time.Considering the safety and economy of high-voltage experiments,this paper studies the remote monitoring platform of transformers and proposes a design and implementation method based on computer simulation.The research content is mainly divided into three parts:the first part is the design of the remote monitoring system of the transformer,and the second part is transformer data generation and transmission system simulation implementation,the third part is the design and implementation of transformer monitoring software.In the design of the transformer remote monitoring system,firstly,the causes of several common faults of the transformer and the monitoring parameters affecting the fault are analyzed.According to the characteristics of each monitoring parameter of the transformer and the complex monitoring environment of the transformer,different sensor network architectures are designed to complete the monitoring.Secondly,because of the large number of transformers in the grid,geographically dispersed,complex field environment,and long communication distance,a data remote based on wireless sensor network is proposed.In the simulation implementation of transformer data generation and transmission system,firstly,a transformer operating state data generator software is proposed.Based on the physical meaning of several common faults,a mathematical model of the fault and a transient model of the power system are established.The Simulink platform simulates the operating data of the transformer,followed by the use of ZigBee module to establish a set of semi-physical simulation platform to complete the data communication between the Simulink model,data generation software and the serial port.In the design of transformer monitoring software,Firstly,a transformer monitoring platform is built under the MATLAB to monitor the operating parameters of multiple transformers,realize the basic functions of real-time data reading and display,and access historical data to view and alarm the abnormal data.The main innovations of this article include the following.In view of the difficulty in obtaining transformer operating data,a state parameter model is established,and a transformer state data simulation software is developed.Aiming at the difficulty of laying transformer monitoring lines,a wireless data transmission scheme based on ZigBee is proposed.Due to the problem of excessive and insufficient overhaul of the transformer,a real-time monitoring simulation platform is established.The function of this platform is state parameter monitoring and fault alarm.
