Today's society is developing faster and faster,and various new buildings are gradually appearing in people's vision,but with this comes the excessive consumption of energy,and the health of the ecological environment is also facing huge challenges.Therefore,while maintaining economic development,we must reasonably consider optimizing the innovation of the industrial structure model,combined with the healthy promotion of modern science and technology,and the term of green building has emerged from this.Actively exploring the development and application of the green building industry will continue to be promoted.This article first describes the architectural background of several problems that have emerged in the process of rapid urbanization,including inadequate implementation of urban construction scale and planning,imbalanced infrastructure construction,severe air and water pollution,excessive consumption of resources and the environment,and the construction industry's In the context of the global ecological crisis,China is vigorously developing a green economy,green products and services in the context of the global ecological crisis.Then,the introduction of the basic theory and evaluation system of green building is introduced,and the application software tools of green building are introduced in detail.First,green buildings are buildings that harmoniously coexist with nature.In the design and construction process,green buildings are generally considered to fully consider the coordination between the building and the surrounding environment,thereby effectively reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.This is a new concept technology with a full life cycle,social,economic and integrated nature.Second,the article introduces the comparison and analysis of development status at home and abroad,and analyzes the LEED green building assessment standards in the United States,the BREEAM green building assessment standards in the United Kingdom,the Green Star green building assessment standards in Australia,the German DGNB green building assessment standards,and the CASBEE green building Evaluation standards and the domestic green building evaluation system found that different economic levels compared to the knowledge system structure,the development of green buildings is an inevitable trend,but reference is not equivalent to technical copying.Thirdly,the application background and related functions of GreenBuilder Software Tools are introduced.Fourthly,the typical cases of the integration of Chizhou Dajia Oasis City and Huoshan Five Halls are listed to analyze the green building technology.Finally,this article carried out the technology for the Jinyuan Hotel project from seven aspects: land saving and outdoor environment,energy saving and energy utilization,water saving and water resource utilization,material and material resource utilization,indoor environmental quality,construction management and operation management analysis.Established indoor models for outdoor buildings and individual buildings,simulated outdoor noise values under day and night conditions,outdoor wind environment under three conditions in summer,winter and transition season,and combined indoor wind and light Comparative analysis of the simulated and measured data of the environment to elaborate on the indoor and outdoor environmental quality of the building;discusses the full-cycle complete analysis of the green building theory and technology application in practical cases,and solves the green building planning and design,technical integration,engineering Implementation and operation management capabilities.It is of great significance to the further application and improvement of green building technology.
