| In recent years,with the vigorous development of industrial electrical automation,frequency converter and PLC are more and more widely used in industrial production.However,with the passage of time,the frequency converter and PLC have serious aging problems after more than ten years of service,which can not meet the needs of enterprise production,so it is imperative to update the frequency converter and PLC.However,due to the limitation of a series of uncertain factors,such as management,technology,environment,etc.,the frequency converter and PLC transformation projects often face a lot of risks in the process of development,which may cause great loss to the project.Therefore,how to effectively implement scientific and effective risk management for the transformation project has become a problem worthy of deep thinking and research.In this paper,the construction risk management of the inverter and PLC transformation project of the dumper in Huanghua Port is studied as follows: First of all,combined with the research status at home and abroad,this paper expounds the technology transformation project management theory,risk management theory,technology transformation project risk management theory,introduces the common research tools,and provides a theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,through the field investigation and research,the risks of the inverter and PLC transformation project are identified,and a three-level risk identification list with the technical risk,management risk and environmental risk as the first level risk factors is formed.Thirdly,AHP,risk matrix analysis model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to calculate the weight,risk value and risk level of each risk index.Finally,research and analyze the results of risk assessment,find out the causes of risk,formulate risk control plan,implement risk control measures,and improve the risk management level of inverter and PLC transformation project. |
