MSR(Moisture Separator Rehear)system is one of the important systems in the third loop system of sodium-cooled fast reactor.It mainly collects and transports the hydrophobicity of the moisture separation and the outlet of the reheater to the related system.The modeling and simulation of the MSR system is an important part of the design verification platform development.The simulation model of MSR system of sodium-cooled fast reactor is established based on the graphic modeling tool of RINSIM simulation platform,and MSR system is divided into four simulation systems,which are reheat steam line system,moisture separation and drainage system,reheat steam drainage system and logic control system.Each simulation system is treated as a single module,and finally all modules are combined.When building the system model,three modular types,such as single-phase incompressible flow net,gas-liquid compressible flow net and logic control module,are adoptedIn this dissertation,the model program of reheater is modified.The initial parameter selection of reheater model is optimized,and the hydrophobic pipeline after moisture separation is studied.The components used to control the separation efficiency of soda are written in FORTRAN language,and the condition testing of reducing the efficiency of moisture separation is applied.In the establishment of the simulation system,the boundary parameters of each system are set firstly,the node division of each simulation system is carried out,the debugging is carried out in a single system environment,and the satisfactory results are obtained.Then by connecting each simulation system,the simulation model diagram of the MSR system is obtained.On the basis of the model,the data of the system under steady state condition are analyzed and compared,and the test and analysis under different dynamic conditions are carried out.Finally,the change trend of key parameters is in accordance with the actual power plant parameters,and the accuracy of the system model is verified.
