At present,the level of packaging automation represented by cigarette boxes,high-grade wine boxes and luxury goods is relatively high,but the purchasing cost of packing machines is pretty high as well as the use-maintenance cost,and it is difficult for many small and medium sized enterprises to afford the cost of using such machines.Nowadays,the packaging cartons of small and medium garment enterprises are all operated by hand,and there are slow and middle-end clothing,food and so on.The motion reliability of the mechanism is the key factor affecting the quality and life of the product,and the movement reliability of the mechanism has become an important index to measure the good performance of the mechanism.For small packaging machinery,stable packaging quality is one of its core performance indicators.From the perspective of mechanism movement reliability,this paper establishes the calculation and dynamic precision evaluation model of the manipulator packing motion reliability,which has important reference significance and value for the reliability modeling and evaluation of packaging machinery movement for light industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The research background and the significant research meanings are illustrated through consulting numerous domestic and international literatures and the development and research status of mechanism motion reliability are summarized.The research status and existing problems of packaging machinery at home and abroad are introduced.Finally,the main research contents of this dissertation are proposed in the end.2.The design of system scheme,mechanical structure,hardware of control system,and software system of the PM 1824 packaging machinery based on the carton folding task are completed.Finally,the first prototype of the type packaging machinery is made.3.In the light of the self-developed PM1824 packaging machinery,considering the length error,the gap error,the randomness of the installation error,the calculation model of the manipulator's motion reliability under given allowable limit error conditions is defined refer to the stress intensity interference model.The model has been used to analyze the motion reliability of the main working board,the short vertical edge mechanism,the cam mechanism and the ear mechanism.At the same time,the system reliability of the PM 1824 packaging machinery is analyzed from the angle of the folding carton.4.Based on the idea of Monte Carlo,the ADAMS software is applied to establish the design variables and the coordinates of the parameterized points for the main working board mechanism,the short vertical plate mechanism and the ear mechanism.Therefore,the parameterized modeling is carried out,and the constraints and drivers are applied to the model.The ADAMS automatic simulation program is compiled,and the ADAMS simulation are carried out for each mechanism.The results file is analyzed and processed by Matlab software,and the motion reliability of each mechanism is calculated.5.According to the distribution type of the input error of the cam mechanism,10000 groups of parameters are randomly constructed by Matlab software,and the coordinate values of the cam contour curve are generated based on the above parameters.Then the coordinate values of each group are input into the ADAMS software to simulation,and the reliability of the simulation results is recorded by the computer.
