Research On Automobile Assembly Scheduling Based On Inventory Cost

Automobile general assembly is a production system with many related factors and complex operation.For manufacturing enterprises,organizing production is an overall planning work that needs to consume a lot of resources.The cost factor is a priority in all plans.With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry,mixed flow production mode is adopted to meet the requirements of cost and efficiency.In the problem of multi-product combination production,production scheduling is the production plan needs to be considered,to establish a reasonable production sequence is to ensure the smooth operation of the base.Considering production scheduling from the perspective of inventory cost,it can effectively reduce the operation cost of enterprises and improve their competitiveness.After understanding the composition of automobile assembly line,the characteristics of production organization and the logistics planning of automobile assembly workshop.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the system of automobile assembly line,determines the composition of inventory cost in the assembly workshop,and summarizes the main factors affecting inventory cost.Through the analysis of practical problems,AHP analytic hierarchy process is adopted to determine the priority of production scheduling from the perspective of inventory cost.Based on the determination of priority and the minimization of production cycle,a scheduling model was established with the objective of minimizing the maximum completion time and the weighted total flow time.The heuristic algorithm is used to solve the scheduling model.An example is given to calculate the line of chassis,different target models are solved,and the production scheduling scheme is determined.Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate the chassis line,and the best production scheduling scheme is selected through simulation verification.The selected scheme is optimized by the data results.The optimized results effectively improve the operation efficiency and provide reference for the actual production.
