The overall structure size of the hydrostatic thrust bearing table is large,and the rigidity of the lubricant film on the base is limited,which can easily cause a significant increase in the temperature of the lubricant between the two motion pairs,resulting in reduced lubricant performance,partial oil film rupture,thermal deformation of the machine tool,and reduced machining accuracy a series of questions.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have studied the oil film temperature rise of the hydrostatic thrust bearing table oil supply system and the friction of the lubricating oil from the perspective of oil film power loss,and ignored the influence of some oil film hot oil carry.Therefore,this paper takes the inclined surface oil pad hydrostatic thrust bearing as the object,studies the hot oil carrying characteristics of the gap lubricating oil film,and obtains the oil film temperature field under the influence of hot oil carry,and reveals the heating mechanism of the oil film of the inclined surface oil pad hydrostatic thrust bearing.First,based on the heating mechanism of the lubricating oil film and the flow characteristics of the lubricating oil,according to the principle of the structure of the hydrostatic bearing,the bearing mechanism of the hydrostatic and dynamic oil film is used,combined with the flow equation of the gap between the inclined plates,a mathematical model of the hot oil carrying in the oil film of the inclined plane hydrostatic thrust bearing is established;Secondly,based on the actual size of the oil pad,use Creo 4.0 three-dimensional software to establish the oil film geometric model of the oil seal's circumferential inclination angles of 0.0230°,0.0250°,0.0280°,and use the ICEM-CFD fluid software to divide the oil film mesh.Adopting local O-type grid and grid encryption measures to improve grid quality.From the perspective of the oil sealing edge flow of the oil pad and oil film temperature field,using FLUENT simulation software for 3 kinds of oil seal circumferential inclination,7 kinds of working load,12 kinds of worktable speed conditions were used for fluid simulation analysis to further explain the occurrence of the oil film hot oil carrying phenomenon.Finally,the new Q1-205 hydrostatic thrust bearing test bench was used to experimentally measure the temperature rise of the hot oil carried by the oil film of the bevel oil pad with double rectangular cavity.By comparison with the theoretical calculation analysis and simulation conclusions,the necessity of the oil film hot oil carrying research in this paper is further verified.The study found that within the range of 0.0229°-0.0286° in the circumferential inclination of the sealing edge of oil pad with the best dynamic pressure effect of the bearing,the size of the circumferential inclination has little effect on the oil film hot oil carrying.The research on the Q1-205 bearing using the calculation method of hot oil shows that the hot oil carrying phenomenon of the oil film does not occur within the load range of 0t-30 t when the speed of the workbench is lower than 10r/min,when the speed is in the range of 10r/min-100r/min the hot oil carrying phenomenon of the oil film occurs in part of the load,and the hot oil carrying phenomenon occurs in the oil film in the load range of 0t-30 t when the speed exceeds 100r/min.
