Coal-smoke air pollution caused by the burning of scattered coal in rural areas has become one of the problems that need to be solved urgently for the environmental protection department to realize the air control plan.In order to replace the heating method of burning coal in winter in rural areas of China,the market prospect of developing clean and efficient biomass briquette boiler is very broad,and it has profound practical significance in promoting the transformation and upgrading of energy structure,deepening energy conservation and emission reduction,promoting new urbanization and new rural construction.This paper takes the biomass briquette boiler as the control object.By analyzing the multivariable coupling characteristics of combustion process of biomass molded fuel,the combustion control system of biomass briquette boiler based on fuzzy adaptive PID control is proposed.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the structure,working process and the static and dynamic characteristics of the combustion process of the existing biomass briquette boiler,the design requirements for the combustion control system of the biomass briquette boiler are proposed.(2)According to the composition and characteristics of the control system,the whole control system is divided into three subsystems: outlet water temperature control system,flue gas oxygen content control system and furnace pressure control system,and the specific control loops of the three subsystems are designed.(3)The fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed for the control system.Through the control simulation and robustness analysis in MATLAB language environment,the simulation effect of the designed controller and the traditional PID controller is compared.(4)Build and verify the combustion control system of biomass briquette boiler,and realize the optimal control of the combustion control system of biomass briquette boiler from the hardware design and software optimization.The experimental results show that the combustion control system of biomass briquette boiler based on fuzzy adaptive PID control proposed in this paper improves the combustion efficiency of the boiler to a certain extent.It can meet the requirements of efficient and clean combustion.Moreover,it has high value of popularization and utilization.
