This paper takes the electric vehicle high voltage hazard and split winding motor as the research background.According to the existing motor model parameters and using Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic simulation analysis software,the split winding motor is remodeled,and the external circuit model of the motor is modified and necessary.Expansion;and then take the actual problems of inconsistent secondary winding power supply voltage,secondary winding open circuit fault,and inconsistent trigger angle of secondary winding commutation that are likely to occur during actual operation of split-winding motors,as the starting point,to balance the battery and anti-break of the split winding motor The performance and characteristics of reducing torque ripple have been simulated.The main research content and results of this paper are as follows:First of all,this article draws on the existing motor model data.And the necessary modification and design of the main circuit model of the motor and the commutation pulse voltage circuit model associated with the motor.A new split-winding motor model was established by Ansoft Maxwell software.Secondly,for split-winding motors under actual conditions,there may be inconsistent power levels in the battery blocks powered by the secondary winding.The simulation analysis of the inconsistency of the secondary winding power supply voltage is performed on the motor.The simulation results found that there is a coupling relationship between the secondary windings on the unit motors of the motor,and there is no coupling relationship between the secondary windings of different unit motors.And it is found that the split winding motor has the characteristic of automatically balancing the battery.Then,in reality,a split-winding motor may have a stator winding failure that may cause the motor to fail.By disconnecting part of the secondary winding drive circuit power supply,the simulation characteristics of the motor are obtained under the condition that several secondary windings are not energized.The simulationfound that the motor can still run when the secondary winding is open.It shows that the split winding motor has better anti-breaking ability.Finally,in view of the fact that the commutation trigger angle of the secondary winding circuit of the motor may be different in the actual situation,the simulation analysis of the different trigger phase angle of the secondary winding circuit of the motor is carried out.It is found that when the two unit motors of the split-winding motor are staggered and triggered,the torque ripple of the motor can be reduced and the torque output can be improved.It shows that the split winding motor has the characteristics of reducing torque ripple.
