The spherical roller bearing has self-aligning performance,and it is used in various working conditions,especially in the complex conditions.In order to ensure the normal operation of the bearings,the clearance is the key point.Therefore the research on the theory fitting of the self-aligning is very important for the rate of the qualified and the performance of the bearing.By analyzing the relationship between the bearing clearance and the size of each position,find out the influence factor,and improve the measurement method and the processing flow to realize the theory fitting of the self-aligning.Analyzing the self-limitation of bearing measurement methods and the measurement tools,independently develop the planar on-line measurement instrument,integrated raceway measurement instrument and the inner ring small rib caliper,through these way,the measurement error will be avoided and the rate of fitting will be improved.Using the sample ring replace the combination of gauge blocks will avoid the secondary error.Change the measuring method of the pocket depth of the cage,use the height gauge to accurately measure the pocket depth,and reduce the measurement error.Processed the bearing basis on the National standard,the float of the clearance is too large.So we need to improve the machining accuracy scope of the inner and outer ring raceways,inner ring end faces,rolling elements and cages,and the machining accuracy was optimized,and experimental verification was performed on the re-enacted dimensional tolerances of processing specifications.At the same time,according to the requirements of the new processing specifications,the semi-finishing and fine grinding processing methods are optimized.At the same time,the requirements of the new processing methods are taken into consideration,and the drawings of the turning are re-planned to reduce the number of fine cars and reduce the stress concentration.Replacement the turning tools and grinding wheel dressing methods will meet the new processing requirements.Through the optimization of processing precision,the production process and processing methods are improved,and the product quality is improved.The existing products are used to verify the optimized measurement method and processing technology.Through the analysis of experimental data,the factors influencing the clearance of the spherical roller bearings and the specific values are obtained,and the theoretical fitting of the spherical roller bearings is formulated.At the same time,the rings with the same specifications under different cooling durations are selected,the size of these rings is measured,and the best cooling time after the grinding process is determined.
