With the advancement of technology,finite element simulation has become an important part of the design of internal combustion engines.As the skeleton of the internal combustion engine,the airframe has many complicated structures.In the case of ensuring the strength of the main bearing combination structure,the simplification of the internal combustion engine block structure is of certain significance for the simulation analysis and physical experiment analysis of the main bearing combination structure.Under this background,this paper takes the single-separator model of a V-type internal combustion engine as the original model,and simplifies the complex structure on the body to obtain a simplified model.The finite element is used to analyze the original model and the simplified model,and the calculation results are compared by comparison.To get a simplified model that meets the accuracy.In this paper,the single diaphragm model of a V-type internal combustion engine is used as the original model.The model is composed of a single diaphragm body,bearing caps,vertical bolts,transverse bolts,bushes,and crankshafts.The main research is to simplify the main model of the body model.The influence of stress and strain near the seat.First,the structural characteristics of the single partition model are analyzed using the local influence principle of St.Venan,and secondly,the area reduction model simplification method is used to simplify the complex structures from inside to outside one by one.The sides are basically symmetrical,so the simplification of the model is also carried out on both sides.This paper mainly simplifies the six areas of the inner hole boss,the inner hole bolt surface,the cylinder,the outer body concave surface,the outer hole bolt surface,and the side circle of the machine body to obtain the final simplified model.Import the original model and the simplified models into Abaqus software,adopt the same meshing method,and perform the finite element calculation with the same boundary constraints and load constraints.By comparing the stress and strain analysis of each simplified model and the original model of the single partition,it is confirmed whether the simplification of each region is feasible,and finally a simplified model that meets 10% error accuracy is obtained.
