The ground anchor type suspension bridge has the characteristics of large spanning capacity,reasonable force performance,good seismic performance and light and beautiful appearance,For bridge types with a span of more than 800 meters,the suspension bridge has obvious technical and economic advantages coMPared to other bridge types.Therefore,suspension bridges are favored by more and more engineers.In order to ensure the successful construction of ground anchored suspension bridge,construction process control is the key guarantee?This paper takes the Taihong Yangtze River Bridge under construction as an engineering example,and uses the finite element software Midas Civil to carry out the simulation calculation of the construction process.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the shortcomings of the simulation of the existing suspension bridge detail components,an improved method is proposed.Specifically,there are simulations of loose saddle rotation,simulation of main cable saddle and main cable saddle thrust,and simulation of temporary connection.(2)During the construction process of the ground anchored suspension bridge,several key components were analyzed and analyzed for safety control,and the specific calculation methods were introduced.There is no stress length review of the main cable,the pre-offset of the cable saddle,the high value of the main tower pre-throwing,and the main cable saddle pushing scheme.(3)In view of the research on the formal assembly analysis of the existing anchored suspension bridges,a formal analysis method is proposed.The method can consider the shrinkage and creep of the main tower concrete,the main cable saddle pushing and the like.The method is coMPared with the calculated calculation result of the inverted analysis method to verify its correctness.(4)The influence of the shrinkage and creep of the main tower concrete,temperature and temporary load on the structure of the construction process was studied by using the formal analysis method.(5)Combined with the simulation of the temporary connecting members proposed in the previous section,the calculation results of the construction process with or without temporary connections are coMPared.The coMParison results show that the simulation of the temporary connection is essential for the analysis of the construction process.Then,the variation law of the opening width of the lower edge between the beam sections and the force of the temporary connecting members during the construction process is discussed.
