Infrared detection technology has incomparable advantage over other techniques in information acquisition and convey,Mankind is using infrared remote sensing technology to realize the observation of agriculture,geology,ocean,meteorology,military,environmental protection and other fields,it is closely related to national development.With the development of science and technology,the space infrared detector is developing towards the direction of large area element and long line.The driving ability of the infrared detector to the drive control circuit of the linear Stirling cryocooler,Electromagnetic interference,temperature control precision and other indicators are more and more demanding,Therefore,the performance improvement and function expansion of the drive control circuit of the high power refrigerator become very urgent.Considering that the infrared detector and its refrigerator are outsourcing components and not providing the space level drive circuit and control software,the refrigerator drive controller of the infrared detector needs to be independently developed.The research on driving control circuit of refrigerator can meet the demand of engineering application and lay a foundation for the future application of medium and long wave detection.In response to these problems,This paper designs a Stirling cryocooler drive control system with strong driving ability and high temperature control accuracy.The following are some studies on the control system:First,by reading a lot of literature,Understand the development status of the infrared detector cryocooler components currently under investigation in the domestic and foreign markets,And analyze and study the research status and technical indicators of Stirling cryocooler drive controllers at home and abroad,According to the actual demand of Stirling cryocooler controller,the research contents and innovation points are put forward.Secondly,regarding the working principle of Stirling cryocooler,Introduced the mechanical and electrical models of voice coil motor used in Stirling cryocooler and the mathematical model is deduced.According to SPWM control technology and digital PID control principle,Design the integral control scheme of Stirling cryocooler.Thirdly,according to the control scheme of Stirling cryocooler,complete the detailed design of the driving hardware circuit and control software.Hardware system includes: DSP control module,secondary power circuit,temperature signal processing circuit,A/D conversion circuit and power drive circuit.Software design includes: main program design,interrupt program design and digital PID control algorithm program.Finally,Built the experiment platform of Stirling cryocooler drive control system.Verify the stability and accuracy of the closed-loop control system according to the technical indicators proposed in the design.And analyze the experimental data and deviation.Based on this plan and results,a drive control scheme for short wave and medium long wave is presented.The scheme is also analyzed briefly.
