The technology of cement solidification outside container for the radioactive waste liquid has gradually changed from the stage of engineering research to the practical engineering application in China.Due to the short application time of this technology in engineering,the problems that need to be solved in the process of transforming this technology from scientific research to practical engineering application have not yet attracted enough attention when carrying out actual engineering construction.In the process of construction,the immature technology and the first case in China have no experience to draw on,which leads to many shortcomings in the process of installation and commissioning of production line,and many problems have arisen.Nowadays,with the increasing demand for the treatment of radioactive waste liquid,facing the more complex and changeable structure of electromechanical equipment system,more effective system reliability model is needed,and then the model is perfected from the practical engineering application to achieve the purpose of improving the reliability of the system.Therefore,in order to make the application of cement solidification technology outside container for radioactive waste liquid more mature and improve the stability of the application of this technology,this paper studies the types of radioactive waste treatment technology athome and abroad,the research progress of cement solidification technology for radioactive waste liquid,and the reliability of mechanical and electrical equipment system.By investigating domestic and foreign literature,this paper clarifies the progress of cement solidification technology application outside container for radioactive waste liquid,and the research progress of reliability of mechanical and electrical products system.Combining with practical engineering,this paper discusses the specific equipment composition,work station setting and process flow of cement solidification production line outside container for radioactive waste liquid,and analyses its characteristics.Based on the analysis of the above progress and characteristics,this paper regards the cement curing production line outside container for radioactive waste liquid as an independent system and studies its reliability.Through the research of this paper,combined with the composition of equipment of cement solidification production line outside container for radioactive waste liquid,the correlative factors of production line system and the structure logic relationship of the system are analyzed,and the reliability mathematical model of the system is constructed from the aspects of structure form,correlation degree and reliability.On the basis of this model,through investigation and sampling,combined with the actual situation of cement solidification production line outside container for radioactive waste liquid of 8XX plant,the reliability of the system is0.7933 through analysis of the basic data and calculation of the established mathematical model,and the values of the correlation degree of each related factor and the system are obtained.In order to further study therelationship between the correlation factors and the system reliability,the single factor analysis method is used to calculate and analyze the change of the system reliability when the single factor changes.It is found that the solidifying equipment room is the main correlative factor of the system.Combined with the conclusion of the analysis,the concrete,economical and feasible measures to improve the reliability of the system,such as changing the structure design of the system and improving the reliability of the key related factors,are put forward,which provides a reference for the follow-up dynamic study of the reliability of the system.
