With the development of new energy vehicles and the improvement of automobile noise control,the problem of Squeak and Rattle that were originally masked is gradually exposed.The problem of Squeak and Rattle will affect the driving experience of the car,and the quality of the vehicle can be improved by improving the problem of Squeak and Rattle,so the research on the mechanism and influencing factors of Squeak and Rattle is becoming more and more important.The main content of this article is the study of Squeak characteristics and experimental methods of automotive materials.First,analyze the friction mechanics model of the material pair and the traditional Squeak measurement method,propose a method for measuring Squeak based on stick-slip and sound data.The device obtains relevant parameters,and then uses statistical knowledge and the method of Support Vector Machine(SVM)to establish a test Squeak evaluation model.Using the designed test device and evaluation model to study the effects of temperature,humidity,surface positive pressure,excitation frequency,different material properties and different coatings on Squeak of automotive materials.The main research contents of this article:(1)Research on the mechanism and test method of Squeak.Taking the stick-slip that causes Squeak as a research object,the advantages and disadvantages of two traditional methods for explaining stick-slip are compared.Summarize a Squeak test method based on the stick-slip and sound parameters is proposed.(2)Design of Squeak test device.According to the principle of Squeak,the overall development of the device is realized by the design of the measurement and control system,the design of the mechanical structure,and the overall design of the experimental device.The basic loading function of the test device is verified.(3)Construction of Squeak evaluation model based on support vector machine.The friction-related parameters and stick-slip parameters of known material pairs are obtained through the designed Squeak test device,and a matching database is established.Based on the support vector machine,the matching parameters are classified,and finally the evaluation model is established,and the different kernel functions of the evaluation model are compared and the data is normalized.(4)Research on influencing factors and disciplines of Squeak.Using the designed test device and evaluation model,the effects of temperature,humidity,surface positive pressure,excitation frequency,different material properties and different coatings on the Squeak of automotive materials are studied.
