Under the general trend of power market reform,people are paying more and more attention to the utilization of small and medium load response resources.The small and medium loads have the characteristics of low load elasticity and low concentration,which leads to obstacles in system scheduling of small and medium load resources.The emergence of load aggregators solves this problem well.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the optimal scheduling and operation strategy of load aggregator,improve the resource utilization on the demand side,and take into account the safety,economy and environmental protection characteristics of power system.In view of the current problem that small and medium-load resources cannot enter the market to participate in system power balance adjustment,load aggregators can aggregate interruptible resources of small and medium power users as system peaking resources.However,the market uses the incentive method of time-of-use electricity price to optimize the load curve.For this reason,the load-aggregator of time-staff electricity price incentive is utilized to arrange the load-reduction contract to participate in the peak-to-peak interaction rules,with the lowest operating cost of power system,built a scheduling optimization model.The simulation results show that the source-charge interaction model can effectively reduce the operating cost of generator sets,reduce carbon emissions,and also improve the wind power consumption of the system and the economic level.However,the existence of default cases of small and medium-sized users brings certain challenges to the safe operation of system and reduces the quality of load aggregators participating in the market.In order to avoid the uncertainty caused by user default,and improve the quality of load aggregators participating in the market,the resources of distributed wind power,photovoltaic units,gas turbines,energy storage devices,electric vehicles,and controllable loads are complemented and coordinated.Expanding the participation of load aggregator from the main energy market to the reserve market,and energy storage devices and interruptible load can provide load reduction services.To the goal of maximizing the profit of the load aggregator,the bidding strategy optimization model of considering the uncertainty of the scenery output and demand response is established.The results of the example show that the load aggregator aggregates multiple demand side resources to participate in the bidding of energy market and the rotating reserve market,which can increase the bidding profit,reduce the unbalanced penalty cost,and have better economy and scheduling flexibility.The load aggregators provide a reasonable way for small and medium-sized loads to participate in the power market,and can also provide system peaking resources.They utilize the complementarity of multiple demand side resources to obtain greater benefits.and the demand response of the power market and the development of technology is promoted.
