This paper mainly studies a new type of permanent magnet gear transmission system,namely two-tooth difference permanent magnet planetary gear transmission mechanism.Compared with traditional mechanical gears,permanent magnet gears have the advantages of small vibration,smooth operation,zero leakage,large transmission ratio and high efficiency.These characteristics make permanent magnet gears be widely used in aerospace,military,robotics,medical and food processing fields.In this paper,the principle analysis,magnetic torque and magnetic induction intensity calculation of the transmission system are carried out.The three-dimensional modeling,finite element statics and magnetic field analysis of the system are completed,and the prototype is developed and tested.The structure design and principle analysis of the two teeth difference permanent magnet planetary gear transmission system are completed.UG10.0 is used to build the three-dimensional model of the mechanism,and the motion simulation is carried out to verify the rationality of the mechanism.According to the structure characteristics of the system,the hole pin output method is adopted,and the permanent magnet tooth material and shape suitable for permanent magnet gear structure are determined.Based on the equivalent current model method,the formulas of current magnetic displacement,magnetic induction intensity and moment of permanent magnet gear are derived.The distribution of magnetic induction intensity of single tooth and multi-teeth is calculated by using MATLAB.Results show that the fundamental magnetic field generated by permanent magnetic teeth is sinusoidal,and the distribution of magnetic induction intensity is related to the distance to the surface of the polar teeth.When the magnetic induction intensity is far away from the surface of the polar teeth,the magnetic induction intensity decreases obviously.The static analysis of the transmission system is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the stress and strain nephograms of the main parts are solved.At the same time,ANSOFT MAXWELL magnetic field analysis software is used to analyze thetwo-dimensional steady state and transient state of permanent magnet gear.Results show that the magnetization direction of permanent magnet gear rotor and stator is staggered,so the transmission torque of permanent magnet gear varies periodically with the rotation angle.At different times,the distribution of magnetic force line and magnetic field coupling state of permanent magnet gear are the same.The prototype of permanent magnet planetary gear with two teeth difference is developed and assembled,and the efficiency experiment is carried out.The results show that the efficiency of the prototype increases with the increase of load torque in a certain range when the speed is constant,and the transmission efficiency of the prototype can reach 95%.The factors affecting the transmission efficiency are briefly analyzed,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by comparing the experimental data with the theoretical values.
