With the rapid development of traffic infrastructure construction in China in recent years,the safety of long tunnel construction has been paid more and more attention,and the risk management of soft surrounding rock with construction safety has become a practical problem which needs to be deeply studied and must be solved.On the basis of the previous theories and views on the safety risk management of soft rock tunnel construction,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the characteristics of the safety risk management of the soft rock tunnel construction,the risk control regulations and the key influencing factors of the risk control system by the element analysis method;the colleagues have the aid of the analogy reasoning.With the case analysis method,taking Yiwan railway Yun Shan Tunnel as an example,this paper systematically combs the safety management of tunnel construction in the special engineering geology and hydrology of its area,discusses the optimization orientation of the tunnel design and construction scheme,and puts forward the safety management system for the tunnel construction of weak surrounding rock.The construction of the construction is explored and practice,and then the theory and method of risk control are used to discuss the principle of natural risk assessment in tunnel construction and the Countermeasures of human risk prevention and control in order to improve the early warning control.Finally,the construction quality control system and the key node construction methods from the point of view of safety management are given.The specific plan and countermeasures are put forward.Through the comparison of the risk level and the control effect of risk source before and after the optimization of the construction parameters,it is found that the risk source control score of the overall project after optimization is obviously improved,which shows that a series of prevention and control measures used in the construction of the cloud and fog Mountain Tunnel are effective.
