Study For The Boiler Design Burning With Strong Fouling And Slagging Zhundong Coal

In order to design a power plant boiler even better burning with strong fouling and slagging Zhundong coal,the original design and modified design are studied for the boiler burning with Zhundong coal adopting the combination of theoretical study and case analysis in this paper.Firstly,Zhundong coal characteristics are analyzed according to the current prediction methods.The fouling characteristic is heavy to serious and the slagging characteristic is high to serious.Although the Zhundong coal is easy ignition and combustion stability,the burnout characteristic is easy to medium.Therefore,considering the fouling,slagging,ignition and burnout characteristics,combining with the value range and empirical formula of the boiler furnace heat flux with non-strong fouling coal,the value range and empirical formula of furnace heat flux is studied for the power plant boiler with Zhundong coal.And it is analyzed how to select the burning types.Secondly,the boiler design and running performance of two perojects are analyzed which are the GuoWang Hami 4×660MW supercritical boiler and Xinjiang Yihua 2×330MW subcritical boiler.According to the analysis,the following main measures could be taken to prevent fouling and slagging.The furnace heat flux is low appropriately,even can be lower than the standard recommended limits.Choosing tower boiler,using a larger burnout height to achieve a lower furnace outlet temperature,widening the heating tubes pitch appropriately,the burner in groups and the reasonabl aerodynamic field in the furnace.Finally,the study of this paper provides some theoretical guidance for the boiler design burning with strong fouling and slagging Zhundong coal,which provides a reference basis for the design of such kind of the boiler.
