With the deterioration of the global environment,countries and regions pay more and more attention to environmental protection.As the most significant part of environmental pollution,fuel consumption of fuel vehicles has gradually been raised to a higher level.The rise of pure electric vehicles with Tesla as an outstanding representative is even more important to fuel vehicles.With the characteristics of low pollution,fast start-up,high efficiency and environmental friendliness,new energy vehicles have been gradually listed as the focus of future development by governments and automobile enterprises.In this paper,a new hybrid drive system using flux-switched motor as driving motor is proposed,and its design,simulation and experiment are carried out.Firstly,the principle,calculation of main parameters and matters needing attention in the process of designing the motor for new energy vehicles are analyzed.The main contents are as follows: Firstly,the structure characteristics and working principle of the motor are analyzed,and the different working modes of the motor in the vehicle are described combined with the driving system.Then the design idea and general design method of the motor are given,and the design direction and requirements of the motor are given in combination with the vehicle.Based on the design experience of the permanent magnet motor and the convex motor,the relationship between the main structure parameters of the motor and the output power and torque of the motor is given,and the working point of the permanent magnet is described in detail.The calculation method of the optimal operating point of the motor is described in detail,and the calculation parameters of the permanent magnet size are given on the basis of which.Finally,the design and analysis of the motor windings and the important parameters related to the windings are carried out,and the calculation formulas and detailed design flow of the motor turns,slot full rate and current density are given.The parameters are determined in the complex iteration process,and the main design parameters of the motor are given.Then the FEM software is used to model and simulate the flux-switching motor for new energy vehicles.The no-load characteristics of the motor are analyzed,including the flux linkage and back EMF analysis of the permanent magnet of the inner and outer motor,the rationality of the magnetic circuit and air gap flux density of the motor is analyzed,and the influence of the motor performance is analyzed.Then the main output performance of the motor is simulated,including inductance characteristics,no-load back EMF,cogging torque and output torque.Finally,the loss and efficiency of the motor are analyzed.The finite element simulation results verify the rationality of the motor design,and can meet the needs of the hybrid drive system for the motor.Finally,the design of the motor processing,introduced the problems encountered in the prototype processing and processing methods,and finally made fine-tuning and successfully processed the prototype,and built an experimental platform to simulate the operation of the hybrid drive system,and no-load simulation,measured the internal motor and the external motor back EMF.The harmonic content is analyzed,and the results are consistent with the simulation results in the previous chapter,which verifies the correctness of the theory and the rationality of the structure of the flux-switched motor for new energy vehicles.
