With the steady improvement of people's quality of life,lifestyle,irregular diet,age of onset of diabetes is declining,The number of patients steadily increased,once suffering from this chronic disease,the quality of life will be significantly decreased.Therefore,changes in blood glucose concentration should arouse people's attention.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,more and more intelligent testing equipment are constantly emerging.If the intelligent equipment is connected with the testing terminal,the traditional method of testing blood glucose concentration can be broken,and the operation is simple and easy to carry.Due to the widespread presence of audio interfaces in smart devices,the use of an audio interface to expand the blood glucose detection module has good versatility.In this paper,TI's MSP430F169 single chip as the core,designed to achieve through a smart phone and other smart devices audio interface to expand,for the detection of blood glucose concentration of portable devices,the blood glucose and other biological information reflected on the phone,to facilitate detection and recording.Complete the following main sections:(1)Low-power designSmart glucose meter located in the home portable test equipment,the use of external 3V button battery for power supply,test the conversion process requires the power to be as low as possible,TI's MSP430 has a very strong power consumption advantages,the minimum operating current Only 1.6?A,by setting the microcontroller low-power mode,unplug the test strip automatically shut down and other operations,as much as possible to reduce power consumption and extend the life of testing equipment.(2)Weak current detectionIn this paper,the enzyme electrode electrochemical detection of blood glucose concentration measurement method,the detection method of the current generated in the range of 0 ? 20?A range of changes,due to the current is too small,after the voltage conversion can not be the microcontroller can receive the minimum A / D voltage Value,you need an external amplification circuit,the weak current signal through the T-amplifier circuit and voltage conversion circuit can be converted by the microcontroller A/D conversion received voltage value.(3)2FSK communication codingAs smart phones such as mobile phones and other audio interfaces contain blocking capacitors,will block the signal has not changed,the direct transmission of digital 0,1 is impossible,the binary frequency shift keying coding(2FSK coding)the digital 0,1 converted to sine wave analog information to complete cross-platform communication,through the audio interface to achieve full-duplex mobile phone and test equipment communications.Intelligent detection of glucose meter device with rapid response,low cost and other characteristics of the application market at home and abroad have great prospects.
