With the rapid development of highways in China,according to the overall planning requirements of the national road network.There was more and more highway cross the flood detention area.Due to the special engineering characteristics of soil in the flood detention area,How to meet the bearing capacity of the foundation,at the same time,reducing the settlement deformation of subgrade was the key of highway construction in flood detention area.Therefore,through the data survey,indoor and outdoor tests,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring of the test section,which target was the settlement deformation of the embankment,taking the combination of theoretical analysis and actual verification which relies on the expressway in the flood detention area this paper,the reasonable embankment filling rate was proposed in finally.Mainly conduct of research as the following:(1)Study on special geological and geotechnical characteristics of flood detention areas through on-site sampling and laboratory tests.The soil samples were subjected to compression test,direct shear test,triaxial compression test and water seepage test to provide necessary parameters for embankment settlement calculation.(2)In order to analyze the stress and deformation characteristics of highway embankment in the flood detention area during the filling process,the section typical section was selected as the research object,and the three-dimensional finite element calculation was established combined with the actual situation of the project site.The model was also analyzed for its mechanical behavior.(3)Different levee heights by finite element calculation model,different filling rates and mechanical behavior characteristics of expressway embankment in flood detention area underground treatment conditions were analyzed through the finite element calculation model,and the deformation cloud map and settlement deformation map of each section under different construction stages were obtained.At the same time,the deformation of embankment after cement fly ash gravel pile reinforcement was analyzed,and the reasonable filling rate of highway embankment in detention area was 8-15cm/d.(4)On-site dynamic monitoring of settlement deformation of expressway embankment in flood detention area by vertical settlement board and horizontal displacement pile which buried in the test section.Optimization calculation model for settlement deformation of expressway embankment in flood detention area by comparing actual monitoring data with calculation results...
