Despite the advent of the era of 5G commercial Internet connectivity, human beings have not stopped to build a world of air and space and achieve true global coverage.Building a air-based communication network with civil aviation aircraft as a platform can greatly improve the network coverage at the geographic level, and bring communication convenience to remote areas,no-man's areas and even disaster-stricken areas.Based on the civil aviation platform, this paper explores the system capacity of the air-based cooperative communication networks and the joint resource allocation algorithm.Firstly, this paper studies the channel modeling of air-based communication networks, using ray tracing method to model urban environmental radiation, and compares the possibility of existence of direct paths in different urban environments.Based on the possibility of existence of direct paths, the elevation angle is established. The path loss model establishes a three-state Markov chain model for existing data and verifies it.A wideband MIMO model is established for the airborne fading channel. When there is no direct path in the channel, the system capacity can be significantly improved.Secondly, this paper studies the access control algorithm based on Q learning. On the basis of learning the basic architecture of LTE,the call access control procedure is improved, and the network state of the air base station and the ground base station is accessed by the joint resource allocation module, and the network state of the base station and the information of the user requesting resources are used for table lookup selection access. The Q learning algorithm is divided into two phases. In the offline phase, the simulated user sends a resource request to perform intensive learning on all states of the network. In the online phase, when the user issues a resource request, the network status is checked to select the user to enter the base station. The simulation proves that the access control algorithm based on Q learning can improve the blocking rate of the system and improve the system transmission speed. Finally, this paper studies the decomposition-based relay cooperative resource allocation algorithm.Decompose the system optimization problem into sub-problems and reduce the complexity to seek sub-optimal solutions.Aiming at the problem of different transmission rates of different users,a sub-carrier allocation algorithm based on KM algorithm is proposed.Compared with the classical Amplitude-Craving Greedy algorithm, the system rate is improved while ensuring fairness and analyze the rate of air-ground cooperative communication.
