Since twenty-first Century,the management process of project management has been widely used in various industries in different fields.For Chinese society since the reform and opening up the existence of a large number of small and medium-sized private enterprises,especially manufacturing enterprises,because of the factors,and no project management system has been deepening and development of.Investigate its reason,one is due to the vast majority of private enterprises management lack of necessary and correct understanding of the concept of project management and operation mode,on the other hand,is because in the early days of project management into the enterprise management in the technical level,no good consideration to manufacturing enterprises are to be included in the project management.Requirements,making a simple project management cannot be a good lead to the expected results,lead to great deviation,finally make good idea and operation mode of project management becomes a mere formality.This paper aims to borrow enterprise newly built factory as an opportunity,from the perspective of investors,without considering the quality of construction,the relevant knowledge of cost management in project management,by finding the issue cost advisory body engineering estimates of quantities,using the work breakdown structure(WBS)for the entire project cost and make more accurate prediction,multi-level segmentation work breakdown structure(WBS)and the prediction cost as the basis,the effective control of the total cost of construction projects.Secondly,with the help of theory and knowledge progress management,construction schedule and technical scheme file with construction units,the use of Project project management software and WBS results,in-depth analysis and Research on schedule management of construction,effective control of the total duration of construction engineering.Finally,based on the project encountered behind schedule problems during the progress of the actual construction project,in-depth study of management concept of integrated cost and schedule,based on human resource management,procurement management,risk management,establish the schedule and cost integrated management optimization model,and use the integrated management method,error analysis for the project the project's cost and schedule,coordinate the contractor to adjust.
