Piping systems and cables play an important role in complex equipment such as aero-engine piping.Pipeline layout design is directly related to the precision,service life and reliability of equipment.It is widely used in pipeline systems.Because the multi-pipeline is laid in a bundle,it has the advantages of overall rule and beauty,easy to install,clear connection relationship,and convenient for the pipeline to be fixed by double clamp.Previous studies on pipeline layout of complex equipment mainly focus on single pipe laying and multi-pipe laying sequence planning.Studies considering bundle laying of multiple pipelines are scarce.In this paper,a typical aero-engine with complex equipment is taken as the main research object.Aiming at the problem of multi-tube beam laying,particle swarm optimization and multi-objective optimization theory are combined.Single-objective optimization and multi-objective optimization design methods for multi-pipe bundle laying are proposed respectively.Specifically,this paper mainly completed the following work.A coding method of multi-pipe bundle laying is designed.The corresponding adaptive value function is established.Based on particle swarm optimization(pso),the optimization algorithm of beam tube length in aeroengine is designed.Results it satisfies the constraint condition of avoiding interference area and achieves the goal of shortest length.The feasibility of the method is verified by the simulation of pipeline laying.Based on the multi-objective particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,the optimization algorithm is designed for the total distance and smoothness of the pipeline in a beam.Pareto non-dominant solution set is generated,and the system clustering method is used to cluster thenon-dominant solution set.Finally,the results of clustering are simulated to verify the feasibility of the method.
