With the improvement of national energy saving,environmental protection and safety performance requirements,the transformation of transportation industry mode,lightweight technology research and application has become the competitive advantage of all heavy-duty truck manufacturers.At present,the production mode of heavy-duty truck manufacturers is basically purchased engine,transmission,axle,homemade cab,frame,leaf spring,connectors and other related accessories.Outsourcing parts are generally subject to the national product consistency 3C certification system,and homemade parts such as frame,leaf spring,connectors and other key components of the industry lightweight research and application has become the core competitiveness of vehicle manufacturers.The pricing mode of the market freight is RMB / ton / kilometer,the freight rate is decided by macro market economy,the quality of the goods and the annual mileage determine the benefit of the customers directly.Under the requirements of GB1589-2016,the load quality depends on the weight of the whole vehicle.Under the same conditions,the smaller the deadweight of the vehicle,the greater the load quality and the higher the revenue.Annual mileage depends on the operation mode,vehicle utilization,vehicle dynamic performance and fuel economy,reduce vehicle weight can not only reduce the fuel consumption,but also can reduce the vehicle surplus power configuration,reduce manufacturing costs,improve the competitiveness of products.Lightweight has become an important factor affecting customer profitability,vehicle manufacturers manufacturing costs,energy saving and emission reduction,environmental protection and other important factors,and become an important guarantee for the competitive advantage of the industry.This paper focuses on the heavy-duty commercial vehicles in China light environment are discussed,analyzed and interpreted the logistics environment and market demand,and then elaborates on the route of lightweight technology of heavy-duty commercial vehicles,at the same time to host plant independent design angle to optimize the analysis frame and suspension,through the CATIA software design model,using HyperMesh finite element analysis the simulation software,the actual operating conditions of the vehicle,load boundary conditions,analysis of the stress concentration area change area and large displacement,and puts forward the optimization scheme.The test results show that the lightweight research of the self-made parts is an effective way,which can realize the control of the production cost of the whole vehicle manufacturer,the enhancement of the market competitive advantage and the increase of the customer operating income.To meet the vehicle load,safe operation,guarantee the service life,there is more space for suspension,lightweight frame improvement.For the application of heavy commercial vehicles lightweight the improvement provides the solution and thinking,focus on several frame design scheme under the given conditions of static finite element analysis,the comprehensive strength,weight from reliable lightweight scheme,and under certain load condition by CAE simulation analysis and test design of lightweight steel plate spring lightweight goals,so as to achieve a predetermined for heavy commercial vehicles made of a lightweight design to provide theoretical basis and reference.
