Gas turbine is an internal combustion type power unit that uses gas flow as the working foundation and turns the impeller rotation as the power to convert the internal energy of fuel into kinetic energy.Its important development direction is marine aero-light modified gas turbine and gas turbine operation.The operating characteristics and operating environment of the gas turbine cause the blades to be corroded by gas impact and corrosive media.Especially for gas turbines used in marine climates,once the blades fail,the overall gas turbine structure will be damaged and the service life will be reduced.So its raw material performance and corrosion resistance determine the basis for the effective operation of the blade parts.As the important bearing material of gas turbines,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN steel can not meet the requirements of existing gas turbine materials.Therefore,this paper studies the heat treatment process of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN steel to improve its performance.The changes of different alloy content,effects on the phase behavior of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN steel in the conventional heat treatment and effect of thermomechanical treatment on the microstructure and properties of steel 1Cr16Ni2 MoN,with high power microscope,tensile test,hardness test,impact test analysis of the comprehensive performance of room temperature change trend;explore optimal distribution ratio of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN steel and heat treatment system,solve the engineering application requirements.The result shows that the distribution ratio of steel into the optimal C content range of 0.13%~0.15%,N in the range of 0.08%~0.10% and C+N in the range of 0.23%~0.24% can be obtained in two gear heat treatment system can meet the standard requirements of the material;the conventional heat treatment system optimum: 1040 degrees centigrade temperature 570 DEG C for 1H quenching,tempering or 2H 1040 DEG C for 660 DEG C 2H 1H quenching,tempering,in the condition of heat treatment can obtain better performance;heat treatment,recommendation system: temperature of 1020 DEG ~1040 DEG,holding time < deformation 60 min,strain 30%~60%,recommended the tempering temperature is 630 DEG ~660 deg.
