There are many disciplines including configuration design,structure design,propulsion system,operational stability and performance analysis in the preliminary design of UAV.The structural design was researched for the UAV family with flying-wing layout in this thesis.The main research is as follows:1)According to the configuration characteristics parameters of the flying-wing,CATIA secondary development technology was used to parameterize the aerodynamic shape modeling of the strike UAV and reconnaissance UAV.To meet the requirements of UAV family structure design,the wire-frame models for the structural layout of two types of UAV were studied on CATIA platform.2)Based on PCL language,geometric surface reconstruction,mesh division,load and boundary condition setting and finite element physical attribute definition were automatically implemented to generate the structural finite element model.Based on this model,the modified feasible direction method was applied to optimize the structure of the two types of single-configuration UAV.3)Aiming at the structural optimization problem of UAV family with shared fuselage modules,a two-level optimization method for the structure size of both general module and special module was proposed.The optimization process was divided into two levels: general module level and special module level.The general module level is objected to the system,Its main task is to determine the size of the fuselage module structure.The special modules are in the subsystem level,which is to determine the specific size of the wing stressed component and return the results to the system level.After several iterations,the optimal combination of general module and special module structure size was obtained.The thesis focuses on applying the concept and method of UAV family to the preliminary structure design of UAV family with flying-wing.Through the optimization of the structural design of the flying-wing layout UAV family,a set of characteristic structural optimization design method of the flying wing layout UAV family is preliminarily formed.
