Since its entry into the 21 st century,China's auto sales have grown rapidly from 2.73 million to 18.05 million units annually,up from an annual average of more than 27%.As a result,domestic automobile manufacturers have neglected the efficiency and cost while pursuing rapid growth of production capacity.S company invested to build 4 car horn workshop and to meet the needs of customers rely on a large number of workers.With the domestic automobile sales slowdown and labor costs continued to rise rapidly,the low efficiency of the company's makes operating costs more and more high,how to reduce the number of workers at the same time as improving the production of automobile horn assembly lines mainly rely on manual operation,how to improve the efficiency of labor became S company's important issue to reduce operating costs and maintain market competitiveness.In this paper,S company DL135 car horn production line as the research object,based on the analysis of the basic situation of the production line,the application of research methods to analyze and improve the theoretical,first of all,through the observation and work measurement,analysis the main problems of the labor efficiency is not high is operation cycle imbalance and unbalanced staff assignments and material layout is not reasonable.Again,through the process balance figure to find bottlenecks,application analysis,to improve the bottleneck operation time by work combination table and work measurement analysis of the working party line,the application of job analysis and motion analysis to optimize staff hands coordination work,and through the 5W1 H and optimization of ECRS principle techniques such as location,reduce workers,through the analysis of the site layout and logistics road map out the unreasonable layout and material,by adjusting and optimizing layout to reduce unnecessary motion and interference caused by waste materials personnel.Finally,through a standardized development,staff training and work measurement verification,reduce direct homework personnel nine people,labor efficiency increased by 59%,and for other workshop even H group provides reference value.
