It's the first apply using the inflatable membrane to be the template of reinforced concrete structure in China.It can greatly reduce cost and reduce the construction process.Inflatable membrane reinforced concrete structure use inflatable membrane to be construction template,so it's very important to control the inflatable membrane inflating shape strictly.The ultimate shape of inflatable membrane structure is known,but the initial shape is unknown,as is the shape of membrane structure that materials haven't been tensed.What's more,cutting form will directly affect the final shape.So analysis methods that how to get the initial cutting shape form ultimate shape is the key to the study.Due to the outstanding nonlinear feature of membrane material,the control of initial form is mainly affected by the factors such as elastic modulus.However the elastic modulus is influenced by the factors such as stress ratio.Therefore,it's necessary to do the research from these aspects.Theory need practice to verify,so this paper verify the theoretical analysis through structure monitoring using photogrammetry.This study focuses on the form analysis of pneumatic membrane structure engineering.Firstly,the actual deformation of the structure could be obtained through monitoring of the actual engineering structure,according to the actual deformation to conduct the thorough research to the membrane material,discuss the methods how to estimate the elastic modulus and poisson's ratio of membrane material.Secondly,uniaxial and biaxial tensile test was carried out on the membrane material,preliminary get the basic mechanics performance of the membrane material,including the limit tensile stress and the warp and weft stress-strain curve of the membrane material under different load conditions.And then through the different stress-strain curve,calculate the elastic modulus and poisson's ratio of the membrane material using five different analysis method.STCAD analysis software is used to calculate the horizontal and vertical displacement of actual engineering structure under five different elastic modulus and poisson's ratio.Compared with computational analysis shape,get reasonable method to determine the membrane material elastic modulus and poisson's ratio.In this paper,the research provides the test basis for the speciation analysis of pneumatic membrane structure,analysis has certain reference value to the design of pneumatic membrane structure,and put forward the monitoring method of photogrammetry,it has significance of reference to the dynamic measurement for large structure.
