Steel wire rope is a widely used load-bearing and transportation component.In the process of use,internal and external defects such as broken wires,wear and corrosion will occur,requiring nondestructive testing and life assessment.However,the existing portable steel wire rope detection system based on magnetic flux leakage detection standard is usually a multi-module discrete structure of probe,acquisition card and mobile notebook,or a semi-integrated structure of probe and meter box,which has the disadvantages of inconvenience for rapid movement,need for cooperative operation of multiple people,and is not suitable for flexible implementation in narrow space.Therefore,there is an urgent need for hand-held wire rope magnetic flux leakage testing and instruments that can move quickly,realize single operation and finally realize complex working conditions.Microcontroller equipment based on embedded operating system has strong compatibility,high processing capacity and fast running speed.Therefore,stand on the characteristics of embedded equipment,a magnetic flux leakage detection method for hand-held steel wire rope based on embedded system is proposed and an instrument system is designed.Firstly,based on the open-loop permanent magnet magnetization method,the simulation optimization of the core structure magnetizer of the probe is carried out,and the structural design of ?6-16 mm steel wire rope probe is designed.The accuracy of defect detection by the detection probe is verified through experiments,and finally a detection probe with small volume and light weight is obtained.Secondly,an embedded handheld data acquisition and display system is designed,which includes hardware and software platform.STM32 is used as the hardware platform in the detection system,and the hardware is divided into A-terminal signal processing part,B-terminal signal acquisition part and C-terminal handheld display main circuit by hierarchical thinking.The circuit part of the hardware system is designed and introduced in detail,including power management circuit,signal processing circuit,signal acquisition circuit,storage circuit,LCD interface circuit and other circuit modules of the system.Then building The system software bottom layer,?COS-III is taken as the system kernel,taking STemWin as the GUI framework,FatFS file system module is transplanted,giving the software system design framework,the hardware functions are adapted,and the detection function requirements are analyzed.The detection application software is developed in a modular way,and the system functions are divided into the interface control main task and five function task modules,including data acquisition,data processing,waveform display,reading and writing files and system setting functions,with beautiful interface and convenient operation.Finally,the function test and performance test of the whole system are carried out.The test shows that all parts of the system function normally,and the system has high real-time,reliability and stability,meeting the actual detection requirements.
