As world economy develops quickly,the demand of human for energy increases significantly.Nuclear energy gets the favour of people gradually because of the traits suck as clean,efficient,more convenient to use,etc.Many nuclear power engineering projects are built,however,social people still keeps doubt on the safety of nuclear power plant generally.While the nuclear accident happened in fukushima,Japan bring this issue to the forefront of public opinion.The development of nuclear power industry faces enormous challenges.Engineering design is critical to construction of nuclear power plant.The major participants of engineering design,engineering decision-making,design activities,and objective conditions are closely related with the quality,progress and capital of the whole project,which also determines the degree of reliability,validity and the status of nuclear power industry development.Fire detection and alarm system of nuclear power plant continuously monitors the situation of nuclear power plant and protects the safety of facilities and equipment of nuclear power plant mainly through advanced technology equipment and detection methods.Even it takes on the role of the security guards of the nuclear power plant before the operation of the whole project.The successful completion and quality of fire detection and alarm system of nuclear power plant is needed before the whole plant operates.Nowadays,the design and construction process of nuclear power plant fire detection and alarm systems engineering shows different characteristics.In this thesis,main design risk factors for fire detection and alarm system engineering of the nuclear power plant were identified and a risk list was made through questionnaire survey,based on the study of the risk management theory and considered the design and management characteristics of fire detection and alarm system of nuclear power plant and my practical experience.On this basis,some common divisors were abstracted from the original factors and new factor variables were founded via factor analysis,then the design risk evaluation index system for fire detection and alarm systems engineering of nuclear power plant was established.Next,the risk comprehensive evaluation model was built by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy integrated evaluation method,as well as risk response system after analyzing the demand and mode of risk response for fire detection and alarm system engineering of nuclear power plant.All these,including risk list,risk evaluation index system,risk comprehensive evaluation model and risk response system,constitute the risk management model for fire detection and alarm system engineering of nuclear power plant.To some extent,this model makes the design risk management work for fire detection and alarm system engineering of nuclear power plant standard,routing and easy to operate.Thus it may be helpful to related personnel working on risk management.
