Research On The Benefits Of Speed Increase On The Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh Railway Line In Vietnam

Vietnam Railway is an important infrastructure of Vietnam and the engine of Vietnam's economic development.Railway plays an extremely important role in strengthening military construction,promoting economic development and meeting people's material and spiritual needs.At present,Vietnam Railway is mainly single-track metre track,which has low running speed,poor safety and poor economic benefits.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the passenger and freight flow and economic benefits of Vietnam Railway after speed-up.Based on a full understanding of Vietnam's national conditions and a correct understanding of the development status of Vietnam's railway industry,this paper analyses and evaluates the overall benefits of passenger volume forecast after train speed increase to society and economy.By Forecasting Passenger volume,investigating and analyzing,summarizing and comparing,the necessity of railway development is given through data.Firstly,the research status of economic and social benefits is summarized step by step.By combining the situation of Vietnam,the impact of railway speed increase is obtained from practical examples.At present,there is a lack of in-depth elaboration on the characteristics and key points of economic and social benefits of railway speed increase.At present,there are many evaluation methods for model building,but there is no clear conclusion or theoretical support for the problems involved in hypothesis and empirical research,which is the problem we need to solve urgently.Secondly,by comparing various evaluation methods and combining with the speed-up model of many countries,this paper predicts the impact of Vietnam Railway after speed-up.This paper uses the transfer forecast passenger volume,induced forecast passenger volume and Hanoi bus station,railway station,airport passenger travel survey table to evaluate the status of Vietnam Railway.Using the basic ideas and methods of the above evaluation methods,this paper completes the evaluation of the economic and social benefits of Vietnam Railway Speed-up.Vietnam's railway scale and transportation capacity restrict Vietnam's social progress,which undoubtedly becomes the bottleneck of Vietnam's economic development.When the transport capacity can not meet the transport demand,we can learn from the experience of other countries in railway speed-up.At the same time,combined with their own conditions,through scientific transformation technology on existing lines,planning,adjustment and speed-up,strengthen transport organizational capacity,optimize the allocation of transport capacity resources,thereby improving railway transport efficiency.Finally,based on the harvest and development experience of railway speed-up in China,Japan and Germany,this paper analyses the social and economic benefits of train speed-up toVietnam by studying many problems including the impact of Speed-up on Railway transportation,and draws a conclusion that speed-up of Vietnamese railway is very necessary,as well as the economic and social benefits brought by speed-up.
