Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the domestic construction industry,the prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly.However,there are few researches on the connection nodes of the core components of the fabricated building-structured exterior wall panels at home and abroad,which restricts the development of the prefabricated buildings.The wallboard material as the outer protective structure not only requires good thermal insulation,light weight,impact resistance and strong hanging force,but also needs an excellent connection structure to match.The EPS(polystyrene foam)concrete composite wallboard currently used in the construction industry has good thermal insulation and light weight,and its surface is flat,which eliminates the processes of leveling and plastering,can save time and be environmentally friendly,and is excellent.Wall Materials.This paper will focus on the mechanical properties,thermal performance and the connection between wallboard and wallboard,wallboard and steel frame of EPS concrete composite wallboard.The main research work is as follows:(1)Experimental study on mechanical properties and thermal properties of EPS concrete composite wall panels.In order to improve the flexural capacity of EPS concrete composite wallboard,steel mesh and alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth were added into EPS concrete composite wallboard,and the flexural capacity and failure mode of reinforced composite wallboard were tested by static loading test.research.It is concluded that the two reinforcement methods can enhance the flexural capacity of composite wallboard.However,when fiber mesh is used,it is necessary to use fibers with higher tensile strength to change the brittle failure characteristics of composite wallboard.(2)Two kinds of wallboard connection methods of dovetail joints and bolted joints were selected as research objects.The static load test was used to verify the applicability of the two joints to the reinforced composite wallboard.Used in conjunction with the enhanced EPS concrete composite wall panel.By changing the fixing form of the wall panel and the steel frame to the hinged form,the conventional U-shaped card connector of the composite wall panel and the steel frame connection is improved,and the traditional U is retained while ensuring the effective rotation of the wall panel.The function of the card fixed wall panel installation improves the connection between the wall panel and the U-shaped card.(3)Using ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis on the joints of the reinforced composite wallboard and the steel frame to verify the use of the dovetail joints,bolted joints and modified U-shaped cards for the reinforced composite wallboard and steel frame to be firmly connected The effectiveness of collaborative work.Based on the enhancedEPS concrete wallboard and its two connection methods,the economic benefit analysis is carried out to facilitate the engineering application reference.Based on the application of EPS concrete wallboard,this paper has carried out a comprehensive study on the mechanical properties,thermal performance,substrate reinforcement and the connection between the wallboard,the transmission performance and the economic benefits.The theoretical basis and design and construction reference of EPS concrete composite wallboard in the prefabricated structure.
