Technical And Economic Analysis Of Cold Storage Air Conditioning System In Commercial Buildings

Cold storage air conditioning technology plays an important role in "peak and valley shifting" of state grid and has good economic benefits.But because the cool storage air conditioning system initial investment is high,the system is relatively complex,and the late management difficulty is big,large commercial building should adopt storage air conditioning system,how to solve the problem of project,the reasonable analysis of economic and technical feasibility study,how to seize the key step and the main points of the design,management and operation,to avoid the system problem,is we need to be addressed.In this paper,the economic evaluation and design process of storage air conditioning system is studied.Firstly,the development history,application status and development trend of storage air conditioning technology at home and abroad are introduced.This paper discusses the basic principle of cold storage air conditioning technology,discusses and compares the common forms of cold storage,such as coil ice storage technology,packaged ice storage technology and water storage technology.Secondly,this paper analyzes the evaluation system types and methods of the cool storage air conditioning system.It is mainly divided into three categories:energy efficiency index,economic index and scale index.Among them economic index judge method cent is static analysis method and dynamic analysis method again.Thirdly,the design process and objective management of the storage air conditioning system are discussed.The objective management of load calculation,scheme design,equipment selection and operation process are discussed.This is a reference for the early stage design in practical project application.Finally,this paper takes shandong linyi wanghui commercial building as an example to make a comprehensive economic analysis and power analysis.Two different air conditioning system schemes are made for the project,one is the traditional air conditioning system,the other is the ice storage air conditioning system.Peak valley price policy combining the linyi region,from the initial investment cost of system,with the cycle of one year for the unit operation cost,to 15 years in whole life cycle of the system of dynamic cost to this project of two kinds of schemes were analyzed,and finally it is concluded that the static economic indicators,dynamic economic index,power index three aspects of the comparison results.
