Architecture is an indispensable part of people's life and production.Due to the continuous improvement of people's living and consumption level,the rapid development of social economy,the situation of energy shortage is becoming more and more serious,and non-renewable energy is also decreasing day by day.The consumption of construction industry accounts for one third of the world's consumption.In China's existing 40 billion square meters of urban and rural buildings,high-energy-consuming buildings account for a large part of the total,especially in the new buildings,high-energy buildings are up to 95 percent.China's energy possession is less than 1/5 of the global average,and the energy consumption per unit building area is 3-5 times that of developed countries with similar climate.Due to the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the progress of production technology,people's requirements for all aspects of buildings are also constantly improving,building energy-saving technology is imperative.It is known that building energy conservation is necessary and compulsory in terms of current national policies.Building energy-saving needs energy-saving measures and incremental cost.How to get better energy-saving effect under the condition of less investment is a scientific and reasonable energy-saving plan which needs to consider both energy-saving and economic evaluation.Firstly,energy saving design and energy consumption analysis are carried out according to energy saving standards.Then,under the requirement of energy saving rate,the economic evaluation and sensitivity factors of incremental cost arestudied.When sensitivity analysis is carried out,the sensitive factors which have main influence on economic indicators of investment projects are found out from the uncertain factors,and then further data are collected for research.To reduce its sensitivity and achieve the goal of cost saving.When we reduce the sensitivity factors,we find that not only the energy saving rate is improved,but also the cost is saved.The payback period is also advanced,which makes us realize the importance of reducing the sensitivity of economic evaluation.
