The electric circuit and magnetic circuit of the transverse flux permanent magnet machine are completely decoupled.So it has higher power density and higher torque density compared with conventional permanent magnet machine.Therefore,transverse flux permanent magnet machine has great advantages in the fields of low-speed direct-drive wind power generation and electric impel marine.In view of the problems of complex manufacturing technology,no-load leakage and large calculate resources in finite element analysis method of transverse flux permanent magnet machine.The radially-magnetized dual-winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator is proposed in this paper based on the research of conventional topology.A novel transverse flux permanent magnet generator structure is proposed,and the components and operation principle of the proposed structure are introduced.Drawing on the conventional permanent magnet machine analysis method,the equivalent magnetic circuit method is used to study the internal magnetic circuit of the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator.According to the power equation and the design requirements of each part of the permanent magnet machine,the parameters of the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator is carried out.Optimizing the parameters of the machine about no-load flux leakage coefficient and back-EMF waveform based on the obtained main dimensions of radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator.Based on the experimental principle of the control variable method,the parameters such as the pole pair number,the pole arc coefficient,the main air gap length and the radial length of the permanent magnet in the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator model are finally determined.Combined with optimization results and the main size parameters of the model determined by the equivalent magnetic circuit method,the complete design dimensions of the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator are finally obtained.On the basis of obtained the complete dimensions of the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator,the part of single-phase radially-magnetized unilateral winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator is selected as the unit model.Through the analysis of the unit model,the indispensable elements in the magnetic network such as magnetic motive force,air gap resistance and magnetic flux leakage are solved,and a dynamic equivalent magnetic network about a single stator core is established.Comparing the no-load back-EMF of the radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator which calculated by the finite element method and the equivalent magnetic network method.The feasibility of solving the model by equivalent magnetic network method and the rationality of the proposed radially-magnetized dual winding transverse flux permanent magnet generator model are verified.
