In 2002,the Ministry of Railways decided to build and develop a railway integrated mobile digital system using GSM-R digital mobile communication system technology.In recent years,the GSM-R digital mobile communication system has already played an important role in the realization of communication digitization,locomotive synchronous control,train control information transmission,guarantee train communication and operational safety.The network scale of GSM-R digital mobile communication system has been continuously expanded,and accumulated rich experience in construction and maintenance,which can better guide network planning and optimization,and make GSM-R digital mobile communication system network better serve railway transportation communication.Based on the development status of GSM-R mobile communication system,this paper compares with 450M railway radio train dispatch communication system,analyzes the operation and existing problems of the 450M railway radio train dispatch communication system of Hohhot Bureau,and proposes to rebuild GSM-R digital mobile.The communication system network scheme also theoretically studies the wireless system design,BSC,core network and transmission bearer network scheme in the GSM-R digital mobile communication system network system.The basic situation of the Hohhot Bureau's big bag line is that the existing 450M railway radio train dispatch communication system was put into use in 2008.The line has already started 10,000 tons of heavy-duty trains,which is a busy road.The existing wireless train-in equipment can not fully meet the heavy-duty train dispatching communication.Demand,seriously reduce the reliability of the system,and some sections still use the point-frequency,narrow-band first-end radio to solve the interval weak field coverage,resulting in low success rate of scheduling commands,train number transmission,etc.,greatly affecting driving efficiency,exists A big security risk.According to the national radio frequency resource use planning adjustment and the total requirements of the iron,the wireless train system is no longer designed and used,and gradually transformed into a GSM-R system.GSM-R(GSM for Railways)is the abbreviation of Railway Digital Mobile Communication System.It is a comprehensive digital mobile communication system based on the mature GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)technology and designed for railway communication.,increased scheduling communication functions(voice group call,voice broadcast,enhanced multi-priority and forced release),railway-specific scheduling services(functional addressing,access matrix and location-based addressing)and suitable for use in high-speed environments Advanced system.Through the sharing frequency,shared facilities,shared coverage and other means,the design and use of GSM-R digital mobile communication system will realize the integration of multi-department and multi-work business platforms for the existing dispatch communication system,thus improving the linkage speed of coordinated operations of various departments.Finally,the system construction plan was studied for the 450M wireless train system of the big-package line to rebuild the GSM-R network.The core network side mobile switching center(MSC)and Gb port are expanded,and the common single network coverage scheme is selected,and the new distributed base station is used to solve the interval coverage problem.At the same time,the new code rate converter(TRAU)and base station control are added.(BSC),distributed base station equipment(including BBU,RRU),etc.;and set up the intra-synchronous digital system optical transmission equipment(SDH)lOGbit/s system in Hohhot,in Baotou East Communication Station and Hohhot Communication Station.The Huhe G network center and the Jining communication station respectively use two 2.5G optical ports to ensure the bearer of the GSM-R network and the scheduling of the cross-ring(line)service.Through network reconfiguration,it will realize network coverage of GSM-R digital mobile communication system with large envelop,train dispatch voice communication(call between driver and station attendant,dispatcher),other dispatch communication,interval maintenance communication,scheduling command Information,route notice information,wireless car number check information transmission and other functions.Thereby greatly improving the transportation efficiency of the existing large envelope lines and effectively ensuring safe transportation production.
