With the rapid development of social economy,the ranks of pilots grow.The Safety Risk Management of pilot has become the focus of civil aviation,and also a hot research topic in the field of civil aviation.In the initial training stage of flying cadets,a lot of flight training can help them consolidate their theoretical knowledge and improve their technical ability.The most intuitive method to judge cadets' manipulation level is flying qualities evaluation.At present,artificial evaluation by flight instructors or inspectors is mainly used in cadets' flight training and assessment,which is easily affected by subjective factors,lacks of objectivity and impartiality,and wastes time and energy.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a more comprehensive and reasonable mathematical model for flight quality evaluation of flight cadets.In this paper,Visual Traffic Pattern and its standard operating procedures of each stage of are introduced in detail.A traffic pattern is divided into nine flight stages,key points and difficult points of different flight stages are listed,and they are also main emphasis of assessment of flight instructors or inspectors,which lays the foundation for the following establishment of the mathematical model of flight quality evaluation of flight cadets.Next,airborne SD data is analysed and extracted.According to related standards and specfications,experience and advice of flight experts,and the screening principle of evaluation indexes,the evaluation parameters of each flight stage are selected,and the flight quality evaluation index system of flight cadets is established.And then,the evaluation parameters and deviation limits of each flight stage are confirmed based on that.The Improved Order Relation Analysis Method(G1-method)is seleted to determine the weight of indexes in this paper.The importance of each flight stage and evaluation indexes in the flight stage are ranked by expert investigation method,and the relative importance degree of adjacent indexes is evalued.According to the computing method of G1-method,the weight coefficients of each flight stage in Visual Traffic Pattern and evaluation indexes in the flight stage are calculated.Appropriate evaluation methods are selected according to different types of evaluation indexes.Taking Departure Leg as an example,the computing method of each evaluation index grades of Departure Leg is completed,and the mathematical model of flight quality evaluation of Departure Leg is established.The data of airborne SD card is put into the mathematical model to give a mark,and the results are compared with the scores from flight experts,and the evaluation results obtained by the two methods are basically the same.Therefore,the model established in this paper is reliable and effective.
