With the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry,people's love for cars is not only reflected in their performance,but also the appearance color of cars.During the long-term use of the car,the paint part of the car body is peeled off due to paint fading,car damage or scratching.In order to obtain a high degree of matching with the original color of the car and a proper amount of paint,the manual deployment can no longer meet the user's needs.This paper is aimed at the market demand of color toning machine with high precision,variety of color,high color matching,proper quantity and no pollution.At the same time,in order to meet the customization of the color machine,a rapid design system of the color machine is established.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,study the design of a fully automatic high-precision color machine.Adopting modular design concept,16 color pump are an independent working module to ensure that the user's demand for color paste type is not limited.The structure design of the agitator is independently driven during mixing,and the maintainability is good.The blade design ensures uniform color paste and does not change the physical and chemical properties of the paint to meet the color difference accuracy.Design a special color paste pump structure to ensure stable operation,volume adjustment accuracy and color matching efficiency.Secondly,the key structure simulation analysis and prototype test of the color machine.Establish a fluid-solid coupling model of agitator and color paste,consider the effects of three blade angles and different external temperatures,perform fluid dynamics simulation,analyze blade deformation and equivalent stress distribution to determine the angle of the agitator blade and ensure color accuracy.In order to verify the correctness of the design parameters of the agitator,consider the influence of uncertain factors and analyze the vibration reliability.Taking the screw positioning accuracy as the evaluation index,the pump motor mounting plate is analyzed for strength to ensure the stability of the screw drive.Design an automatic control system based on the formulation requirements and develop a physical prototype to complete the performance test.Thirdly,the secondary development of SolidWorks was carried out to establish a color tone design database.Research secondary development objects,tools,forms and database access technology.Building a component model library using parametric modeling.The assembly model library is built by the combination of model space position transformation and feature assembly to solve the problem of automatic assembly between modules in rapid design.Design a palette drawing template and create a project library for the corresponding model.Finally,develop a color palette rapid design system platform.In the SolidWorks software environment,the VB language and Excel database are used to develop a rapid design system with color machine components and automatic assembly design functions.Customized color machine design can be customized according to the user's requirements for color accuracy.And quick output assembly drawing,part drawing and 3D model.
