The appearance of tower crane greatly improves the production efficiency of building construction.With the rapid development of modern construction industry,Tower crane is being used more and more widely.However,for this large steel frame structure similar to the tower crane,the voltage may be sensed on the steel frame structure when there is a strong electromagnetic emission source near the working area.This type of inductive voltage is extremely harmful and may adversely affect the life and property safety of construction personnel on site.Therefore,how to solve this kind of inductive voltage problem will appear to be of great significance and practical use value.Aiming at the problem that the structure of tower crane is induced by electromagnetic radiation in the vicinity,this paper probes into the effect of inductive voltage cancellation,signal control algorithm and inverter circuit control strategy by means of theoretical analysis and formula derivation,and the method of modeling simulation analysis is adopted.Based on this,this paper puts forward a set of active offset tower crane induction Voltage device,the device can not only monitor the voltage displayed on the tower crane to show the real-time charged status of Tower crane,but also can effectively control the inductive charge problem of Tower crane.The device mainly includes sampling and control unit,drive and controlled inverter power supply unit and compensation coil unit.The sampling unit realizes the real-time monitoring of the induction voltage of the tower crane,the control module calculates the instruction signal according to the set control algorithm,the controlled inverter power supply unit produces the corresponding current according to the instruction,and then induces the first-class size inverse phase voltage by compensating the mutual inductance between the coil and the tower crane structure circuit,and offsets the monitoring voltage.Thus,the purpose of controlling the induction voltage of tower crane is achieved.In order to verify the theoretical analysis of this paper and the feasibility of the device,a simple experimental model is built in the laboratory and artificial creation of an analog electromagnetic interference source,through the test to verify the feasibility of this set of equipment devices.The experimental results show that the device can effectively control the problem of tower crane induction charge in a certain range of conditions.
