Traditional cellular networks are unable to meet the demand for video, large files and entertainment. To solve these problems,Vehicles-to-Everything(V2X)downloading is a typical solution for the driving experience and offloading.Cooperative downloading can better achieve energy efficiency, low emissions and resource sharing.Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS),which uses cooperative vehicles to download files,is attracting more and more attention. The future commercial potential is immeasurable and a win-win situation is achieved.Advances in low-power wireless communications and microelectronics have had a huge impact on transportation systems, and the widespread deployment of Road-Side-Unit(RSU)is expected to provide direct access to the Internet for anytime, anywhere. However, downloading data packets from the RSU is not always reliable because of the high mobility of the vehicle and the high contention between the vehicle users. One of the key challenge in building cooperative downloading is the need for a routing communication algorithm that enables intermittent connectivity and real-time computing of multimedia services. The main research content of this paper includes the use of a cluster-based road partitioning downloading mechanism in the RSU.V2V(Vehicle-to-Vehicle)communication routing algorithm is used to perform cooperative downloading of the entire file using the in-cluster and out-of-cluster vehicles. The algorithm determines intimacy as the priority order by the active value, relative speed and connection time defined by the encounter time interval. The intimacy helps the vehicle to select the most suitable cooperating vehicle. The research goal of this paper is to enable the vehicle to select the most suitable cooperative vehicle according to its own situation to complete the downloading of the entire file efficiently and reduce the time delay. This paper uses the ONE simulation platform and introduces four comparison algorithms: EBRR,MMCD,CORE,and EBR.We used these algorithms to compare experiments with the proposed OBCDI.Performance comparison simulation was carried out in three aspects of delivery radio, average delay and network overhead.Simulation results on delivery radio, average delay and network overhead are obtained by changing the releasing file interval of RSU,file deadline, and storage space size.Through experimental analysis, the file transmission reliability of the OBCDI algorithm is higher and the network load is lower when the simulation parameters are the same, which achieves the purpose of balance between transmission success rate and network load.
